What if you can't bend the knee? I couldn't bend my knee, but i could wiggle my kneecap, and it was crunchy underneath, while my good knee was smooth. Swelling, no pain while standing, about an 8/10 for pain when bent. The movement returned 4-5 days later and some of the pain remained permanently.
She's spicy.

Works for me.
I noticed when I'm at my leanest, the symptoms subside dramatically. Almost to the point where it feels like it's healing. But the moment I stay too long at a higher weight, I get reminded of my mortality.
Soooo interesting watching these videos and have yet to hear from an Asian woman about lupus!
The thing is you can't even trust these studies because supplements only work if you are eating a good diet and living a good lifestyle at the same time.
Any marathoners out here?. Thats my love. Watching this video for a reason though

Glucosamine and chondroitin can really help. I’m not going into detail about my osteoarthritis right now but it helped at least for awhile immensely.
Yeah. I am a man. Not overweight. No other health issues. Zero alcohol or soda consumption. Almost no meat or dairy, But even bread will set me off. Only vegetables and fruits. Thin soups. Getting old is a painful road.
Je souffre de cette maladie
Mais comment faire pour avoir ces médicaments je suis au Maroc
What year was this video made? He died in 2010.
So you go to the doctor looking for answers, and she basically tells you to google it😏🙄......
Tanning bed did it to me! I'm getting tested asap.
Great. What do we do about it?
I’m 38 and have it bad it neck and lower back and both shoulders and knees and even big toes. I’m just now getting it treated. It’s been like this for 6 years at least. I am extremely active and a fun Saturday for me is spent with a chainsaw in hand or on a tractor. I love to work, can’t sit still, and regularly put in 16-18 hour days of anything from computer programming to plumbing to logging. I am a business data consultant and have flexible hours to do the stuff I want to do too and am basically a high tech red neck.
Hey man, I am 26M and i have OA in my right knee, big toe, shoulders and fingers. I work in home office but its a dead end job and i want to be HVAC. Do you think its good to push through?

I’m 38 and caused my osteoarthritis in my foot due to a bad decision. Really tough but this is helping me move on.
Big thank you for this video. Too many people believe in pseudoscience and miracle products. Unfortunately, when we suffer, we try to find alternative ways that can lead us to believe in baligernes.
Hi Kelly. Thanks for the information. I'm in alot of pain right now especially in my lower lumber. I'm 57.8yrs old female and I lead a very active life. On the go almost always and suddenly I had to stop all actives and my bed became my friend a few days ago.. The pains are sever.. It's radiating down both legs. I was diagnosed last year about June and the doctor never gave me any advice just offered pain meds... I really need to know about what's the healthiest diet and exercise..
A total knee replacement doesn’t get rid of the arthritis it replaces the parts of the knee that have been damaged by arthritis unfortunately the arthritis will never go away
My knee made that noise for a long time but it stopped. I thought it was permanent.
That patient have varus deformity first of all diagnosis is wrong dear mam
Hello, i test it like you did but it make sounds once then when i do it again it doesnt make sound but there's crack/grinding(?) i don't know what it is but i feel something but doesnt make sound. Base on that do i have the disease?
You are stating research findings exactly opposite to what you said in NIH findings. You should be reoved from the professorship
"Results from a 2013 clinical trial compared two Ayurvedic formulations of plant extracts against the natural product glucosamine sulfate and the drug celecoxib in 440 people with knee osteoarthritis. All four products provided similar reductions in pain and improvements in function".
What kind of response are we looking for to make it absent or present?
If you feel the patella moving downwards and impacting on the bone, that’s the “tap”.
Hey, that's Enrico Pallazzo.
loved this video 😊
Ok, as a Gout sufferer, I can tell you that all , “I MEEN ALL “, of these so called cures ,”DON’T WORK”,,,,,,,,!!!! Non of them, diet, no booze, cherry , celery seed, Apple cider vinegar, baking Soda, etc etc.. I’ve tried them all over extended periods of time, even doing mega doses of these so called cures. I can say, Non of them did anything, except drain my bank account. The only thing that will work is allopurinol , it will take some time, but will eventually get you right. It will eventually clear the crystals in your joints. In the mean time ,indomethacin, and colchicine will get you through. That’s it,,,,,,,
